英国Restaurant & Bar Design 报导了古鲁奇公司设计的”721幸福牧场”上海最幸福的日式豬排飯!
Taking his objective as ‘the pursuit of happiness’, Taiwanese-born designer Lee Hsuheng, now based in Beijing as owner and director of Golucci International Design, has sought (with his design team) to create an ocean of calm, and ‘a corner of happiness’ in the busy Pudong District of Shanghai, with his restaurant 721 Tonkatsu.
A Japanese restaurant with a fresh and clear style, and whose branding intimates ‘a pasture that specially yields happiness’, according to Hsuheng, this eatery offers the opportunity for customers to sit quietly watching the bustling city, and meditate on their own thoughts and dreams.
Hsuheng is of the belief that in the designing of a contemporary restaurant, the psychological comfort of the diner is at least as important as their physical comfort.
The customer’s psychological enjoyment of the meal, and of the experience, should be paramount, and, ‘an elegant and tranquil place will make [the diner] feel fully relaxed, and more importantly, this will bring them a sense of happiness.’
