Milan fair in this edition was definitely marvelous!  When people intend to include Salone Di Mobili that is all because it ended up all kinds of creations and variances, but next year they will be dramatically surprised again by fresh new and ever-happenings!  This year, it was too!  I was inspired very much by new collections rebirthed from old ones of some brands, which boldly endow the new meanings and express fresh messages.  I was amazed by new creations sourced from diversified elements of different cultures, the robust mergence of different patterns, the deep penetration of brilliant & intelligent thinkings...  The independent pavilions of FTK and SaloneSatellite staged the novelty of edge-cutting investigations and practices.  The first time, so-called "Ufficio Fabbrica Creativa" (The office as Creative Hub) was showcased as a macro cross-theme artistic and design collateral event to explore the cross-border running along the purely commerical offering for the office setting.  It was conceived by the renowed artist Michelangelo Pistoletto providing an entirely new vision on the office in state of art. 

　　The whole city was vigorited by the fair no doubt.  Out-of-site exhibitions were so attractive.  Let alone some hot-spot areas like Zona Tortona, Como Corso, many new emergences spotted on Interni's guide book were attentive very much.  They dressed whole city an on-fire design atmosphere!  Once I passed through several lanes toward the street where I met people, I saw so much crowed of young people drinking, talking on the streets.  They were so exciting; the blaze of design flush their face and lighten their eyes!  I was so infected by them!   My friends, old Italian journalists drove us to an English Design Event.  But when we arrived there, it was closed because of midnight already.  Doesn't matter!  People still celebrated there and we joined too.  To my unblievable, there were still many cars and many people on the street during the midnight and we were stemmed to slowly move our car.  All resulted in Milan fair.  It was a grand gala for all the people!!! 

　　The Green Energy event inspired me a lot too!  It not posed stark dogma, but shaping a natural and approachable environment inside an old university.  It tells us Green can be everywhere.

　　In this year, the participations of industry companies are very abvious.  Such world-known brands like Siemens, Sumsung, Panasonic, Canon, Nokia, HP which are in electronic industry got deep involvement of design development.  Their active and creative presentation which collaborated with artists, architects and designers advanced cross-lines evolutions as well raising up many possiblities.  Canon's merge with film & image presented a mysterious world; HP's cyber competition in subject of "Creative Hand" inspired a lot of explorations and new thinkings on graphic transformation with hand; etc.  So many interesting things!  Bisazza, when you figured out what will it present, it unexpectedly showed you a shocking aeroplane dressed with its splendid Mosaic.  And Moooi, Marcel Wanders is undoubtedly a genius!  His universal insight and probings stretch himself so far.  This year, his graphic designs with fabric and furniture made breakthrough again; and his devotion to exotic things converts timeworn into wonders... 

　　Later in Verona, we occurred a very small cafe where is a small-scaled photograph exhibition about people in Verona contributing to the art in a small village.  Each photo is dropped with a stone on the fridge bottom.  The owner could not speak in English to explain why that is.  However, I can sense that these stones come from local and each stone may represent one person on the photo.  Little stone protraits each person, seems to tell us although each piece is insignificant, yet when they come together, it will compose the great strengh.  Looked at these photos, I was deeply moved, for the sincerity and purity of inner soul of each person who love their place.  Even for such small cafe, it is also embraced by the warm and divine of art...

　　The last evening in Milan, I visited Peper Greenaway's Leonardo's Last Supper.  I don't know how to describe my feelings!  The further step by rooting on the sustance of former needs big courage and many supports!  Peter Greenaway's new interpretion on this materspiece made me sense a lot.  It is more than the dilalogue of two language, new language of film & multi media and traditional language of painting, and also more than the inner eagerness of artisit himself to tell people the story, it can be the reflection of collective research and determination of many people in nowadays.  They can not sustain such splendid treasure fade out gradually or stand there for worship but without standing point; they are endlessly thinking and really doing to give her rebirth.   Again, by the new expression from Peter Greenway and all his collaborators, we see the eternal magnificence of this painting!

　　I had nice time in Istanbul and  Alexandroupoli in Greece for my holiday.  Istanbul is such a beautiful place and I enjoyed a lot.  The first day when I arrived I visited Galata tower, receiving the first impression of this city's beauty and charm from the whole perspectives.  Sitting in the cafe on the top of tower, I felt the city, breathed her smell and sensed her eternal history.  For so long time, I have been deeply moved, for the great moral of ancestors of human-beings.  Undoubtedly, they created the wonders!  Along the old city wall, I seemed to witness that the first emperor won the country and his people bravely safeguarde their own domain.  The war took place for justice, power or sometimes even for love.  It is indeed brutal, but insighting into the most inner soul of human beings.  I was so amazed by the brilliant mosques!  They are incredibly magnificant!  In contemplation of every deliberate detail of historical remains from ancient Rome, Byzantium to Turkish Empire, it composed exactly the masterpiece of everlasting epic. 

　　Then the holiday in Alexandroupoli, Greece was wonderful too.  It is quite peaceful small town.  I lived in the room facing to the see.  Every morning, the first sight coming to my eyes are the blue sea, acre of yellow flowers dressed with sporadic red flowers, the palm trees, and the birds pausing on.  People live in this small town are  few and they enjoy their peaceful life very much.  City is clean and elegant.  The tiny houses stay by the sea, keeping watch of people's coming back.  Due to the Easter Day, all the shops closed except some cafe, few restaurants and sweetie shops.  Some people left for islands or other places for their holiday; the rests just droped themselves in the seats in cafe, drinking, chatting or just quitely listening to the music.  I joined in the cozy people, fully acquire the relaxation and pleasure at very ease.  I have been long time away from such feeling.  But actually the sense of happiness and satisifaction is easily to get but I have closed my sense and feeling for it for long time.  Now, I can fully feel that people living in Greece are really enjoyable and peaceful!  Not only in Greece, wherenever I had been, the most thing touches me is that people lead their easy but really enjoyable & satisfactory life.    Life is somehow struggling and never easy to be satisfied by more and more desires.  Especially in our circumstance in China, everything is booming and people are competiting to exploit endlessly from their forecasting opportunities.  Life becomes extremely busy, noisy and materalism.  Here in Greece and many corners of Europe I sensed very opposites.  I had opportunities to calm down myself, taking the deep breath, receiving the breezes smoothing my face, listening to the birds, waves, the murmurs of flowers....Facing to the sea, I suddently made sense why mermaiden melt herself away into the sea for the sake of prince she saved.  It is the place indeed nourish and embrace love...

　　I then left Alexandroupolis by night train for Athens where I transfered to Milan in order to catch my flight back to China on April 30.  I visited Athens shortly and when I rested myself in a small square in Acroplis, there was old gentleman coming to me and talking with me about splendid cultures of his hometown, Olympia city.  His deep pride on his own country's prestigious heritage and treasures profoundly moved me.  He contributes to the cultural exchanges in fields of art, music and film, as well as teaching people how to preserve their health and reduce the pressures through sound dining and Yoga...  Nice encounter for me to release myself a lot.

　　I'd aways like to meet people and make friends with people during the trip.  I met a young couple, my neighbor in Alexandroupoli.  They drove Motorcycle from Athens here for 16 hours and most of their time of driving spent in the constant rains on the way.  Even thought such wicked situation and girl cried, yet when she calmed down she had small nap and saw her dreams.  It will became ever and beautiful memory for them.  The couple are really nice.  We had nice talk and drink together and in the last evening, they present me and him bird pencils as gift.  Their friendship warm me all my way along.  The girl brought me and him the roses.  I was moved a lot, and even felt sorrow for my own -- too much devotion to work make me ignore so many little or normal happiness which is honest art of life.  Her flowers evoked me such feeling.  When I was in the train alone and I memorized their sincerities and smilings, I felt quite peaceful and warmful.  I also met some Greek people in my carriage.  They are from different cities of Greece but working or studying in Athens.  We talked a lot and they helped me sufficently. 

　　I really feel thankful even because of Easter day when I was there.  I went to the church and had experienced myself with western religious and get myself to understand its substance.  I was strengthened and warmed by divine universal.
