万科缇香郡销售中心设计说明

本案位于美丽的山城重庆，由几套洋房的一层打通合并形成的展示空间。

现有的空间层次杂乱，层高较低，满足销售为目的的功能展示需求成为其设计重点，同时兼顾短时间的设计施工周期及严格的造价要求。设计利用了原建筑空间动线曲折的特点，以借景的手法将各个展示空间串联，并将其中心造景区以二层通高的方式处理，利用大量的留白与深色的地面天花进行对比。在以销售为目的的展示空间中，加入了带有东方气质的文化诉求。

The Design Specification of Sales Centre of Vanke Wonder Town

Vanke Wonder Town locates in Chongqing, a beautiful mountain city, and the sales centre of it is combined by several foreign-style houses by knocking the walls through to make it a whole exhibition space.

With the existing space in disorder and with low storey height, the function exhibition to fulfill the demand of sales is made the key point of the design, besides, the design and construction period is short and the cost is strictly controlled. The design makes good use of the specialty of the winding space of the original construction by means of view borrowing to combine one exhibition space with another, and another. The central view area, made two-storey, is painted white by large area in sharp contrast with the dark floor and ceiling. The cultural elements with the oriental spirits are integrated into the exhibition area that for sales purpose.
