QINZHOU_OFFICE_BUILDING钦州林场总部办公楼_decufy

The office building is located in Qinzhou, South China. The outer skin is seems like a densely woven mesh allowing for privacy and little penetration from the outside protecting it from the harsh climatic conditions the building opens to the inside into big and luxurious courtyard system. Regarding the climatic conditions in southern china (wind and summer heat), the facade skin which allows wind to pass through but direct sunlight is blocked.

The building is oriented in east west direction for "fengshi" reason, where the 2 building masses are linked by bridges/corridors allowing for (predominant wind) breeze to travel through the 5 courtyards and cool the shaded spaces for human comfort the inner courtyards are stepped to allow for variation and small balconies (maybe growing plants for seasonal shading).

Main entrance in the middle of south facade archive and main conference room (200 seats) are located close to the entry as well as the canteen where the courtyard is opening up towards the green area and the river.

办公楼位于地块B17内，南临南珠东大街，东临规划东路，北接林区水系。西北方向面向绿化、水面和低密度居住区，具有很好的景观条件。本项目所处地区属南亚热带海洋性季风气候区，热量充足、雨量丰沛，四季主导风向为东西方向。

从用地条件出发，方案设计中将建筑主要入口设在南侧。南侧和东侧立面均与城市道路平行，并通过稳重的对称形态和水池等塑造了办公建筑庄严、大气的形象。建筑西北方向则通过半开放庭院将自然环境引入建筑内部。

由于本地区夏季漫长湿热，通风与节能成为设计中的重要问题。由于主导风向为东西方向，因此方案中沿东西方向设置了一系列相互连通的内院，形成自然通风，使办公空间更为舒适。内院同时也起到了分隔各个功能区域，增加内部采光，并使东侧自然光进入楼内的效果。庭院内的逐层退台可增加采光，并形成用于绿化的小阳台。

建筑立面采用预置混凝土单元拼接成的花格窗，每个单元的开洞大小根据内部使用功能和立面遮阳要求共同确定，起到遮阳和自然通风以及光线控制的作用。拼接而成的花格窗整体呈现出波动和伸展的形态。

建筑共四层。首层南侧正中设置入口大厅，正对绿化庭院。主要功能为开敞办公，并设档案室和一个200座的会议室。在西北侧面向水景的部分还设置了餐饮功能，供休息和接待。二层设开敞办公和会议室，三层及四层南侧面向主入口广场设置10间领导办公室，其余部分为开敞办公。整个建筑设一个主要交通核（包括楼梯和两部电梯），4个辅助交通核，并通过每层围绕庭院的环形交通空间联系在一起，形成便捷的流线系统。

办公楼层高4.0米，总高度为16.0米，建筑基底面积2315平方米，总建筑面积9260平方米。
