眉州东坡美国洛杉矶比佛利店设计思路：

眉州东坡致力于传承及弘扬东坡美食文化。作为登陆美国的第一间眉州东坡，设计的主题必然是浓墨重彩的手法来表达东坡文化之精粹。由于空间的体量限制，我们只是精选最具代表东坡先生之精神象征的品物，全面呈现于美国店的室内外空间中。1000支中国毛笔，500件宋代汝窑瓷器；最能代表东坡先生的两赋（前后赤壁赋）一词（念奴娇.赤壁怀古）；东坡先生精妙的书法及绘画；当然少不了东坡先生的最爱--竹子。这许多同东坡先生及那个伟大时代紧密联系的种种文化栽体，经过重组和创新，同空间中精致、细腻，简约的宋风家具、灯具、饰品一起共同组成了眉州东坡美国第一家店的空间物象，传递出一千年来，博大而深厚的东坡情怀散发出的时代魅力。

Design Concept for Beverley Meizhou Dongpo Restaurant, Los Angeles, USA

Meizhou Dongpo Restaurant devotes its efforts to inherit and carry forward the dongpo food culture. As the first Meizhou Dongpo Restaurant in the United States, its design theme must be thick and heavy in colors so as to express the culture essence. Due to space limitation, we can only select the most representative items for Mr. Su Dongpo's spirits, and arrange them all over the inner and outer space of the restaurant in the United States. These include 1000 Chinese writing brushes, 500 pieces of Ruyao rare variety of chinaware of the Song Dynasty, Mr. Su Dongpo's most representative poems (The First and Second Odes on Chibi, Meditating on the Past at Chibi), the artistic calligraphy and painting work by Mr. Su Dongpo, and Mr. Su Dongpo’s favorite – bamboo. Re-arranging and innovating all these items carrying a variety of cultures from Mr. Su Dongpo and the great age, and adopting delicate, exquisite and simple Song style furniture, decorative lighting and ornaments in the space, the space image of the first Meizhou Dongpo Restaurant in the United States is thus collectively established, conveying a modern charm from the broad and deep Dongpo feelings with 1000 years history.
