简介： “The idea behind the project was born from the principle that it was needed to create a maintenance free building and be very efficient with the time of construction and the little funds available provided. The main issue was being able to design and build this place within a 3 months deadline. This directed us to opt for mainly a strategy of prefabricated elements.
原 名 称：C4 Surveillance & Rescue Centre
这个项目是想创造一个不需要太多维修，建造效率高，并且耗费较小的建筑。因为时间紧迫，设计决定都采用预先建造结构。项目包括一个监控室，它有一整面的小屏幕；还有一个训练大堂，一个急救室，另有办公室等。设计要表达力量与科技的结合，所以选用钢为主要材料；但室内使用木材，以给在内部工作的人带来温馨舒适的感觉。
