原 名 称：Heilongjiang Modern Culture and Arts Center

黑龙江现代文化艺术产业园区位于哈尔滨师范大学江南校区西侧，其中包含文化、教育、商业、办公及居住等功能，为一多功能的都市巨构，如何融入基地周边复杂的现况及利用周围多样的活动所带来的能量，为本项目的重要课题。哈尔滨丰富的历史文脉和自然条件，提供了本案极佳的参照，形似旧城区街道和广场的尺度及纹理的户外公共空间，组织了园区内不同的建筑群，交汇于园区中心连接校园和城市的两条路径，不仅提供了周围不同人群共同使用园区空间的可能，也强化了园区本身与城市空间和校园的嵌合。
不同尺度和功能的建筑群组，透过形态各异的户外开放空间组织于园区之中。多样及配置得宜的建筑体量，保证了合宜的户外公共空间尺度及对基地周围环境的尊重，三向度延伸的带状艺术工作及展示空间带来了园区内不同机能空间融合的可能，也在高密度的城市环境中建立出鲜明的现代文化艺术产业园区的形象。

Seeking an alternative vision on the mix-use development of Heilongjiang Modern Culture and Arts Center is an important issue in developing this urban mega-structure in the historic city， Harbin. Located at the west side of the south campus of Harbin Normal University， the complex includes theaters， cinemas， artist studios， office and residential units， and provides outdoor spaces for the citizens in the city. How to integrate the Center into the complicated situations in the surrounding area become the main topics for this project. Two urban corridors which link to the city streets and the campus forms the main traffic system for pedestrians interweave the complex with the surrounding context. The rich urban fabrics of the historic area in Harbin are the reference for the forms and the configurations of the complex outdoor spaces.
Diverse volumes and appropriate layouts ensure the scale of each outdoor space. Different scale and functional spaces are juxtaposed inside the complex and linked horizontally and vertically by the continuous band of artist studios and galleries， which also creates a distinct image of the Modern Culture and Arts Center in the high-density urban environment.
