BVH Architects delivered this custom designed condos which helped owner’s to create own interior design of their living spaces. They could build anything from floor plans to personal preferences for finishes and colors.

Located in the Old Market Historic District, the 1101 Jackson building is a 5-story, classic red brick building. The top 4 floors were entirely gutted down to the concrete columns in preparation for the construction of new luxury residential condominiums.

The complete exterior ‘face lift’ included new, larger windows that allow the lofts a more spacious and airy feeling. An elegant, gourmet restaurant is located at street level, and BVH worked with the restaurant to enhance their visibility by adding new outdoor patio seating, iron railings and signage
