A professional with nearly 40 years of design and project
management experience, Chuck has been recognized for
design excellence through various awards and design juries.
Integral to both the Gensler team and to clients, Chuck
serves as one of the Design Directors for the Shanghai
offi, taking responsibility for the overall quality and
direction of design services. With expertise in directing
the design, image, character and the environmental quality
of millions of square feet in completed projects, Chuck
challenges the team to continually strive for excellence.
The spectrum of Chuck’s experience includes base building
design, building renovations, corporate interiors, hospitality
spaces, and retail projects. Responsible for overseeing
the interior design team in the full implementation of
the concept from schematic design through contract
administration, Chuck’s ability to successfully lead the
team, paired with his attention to detail, has made him an
invaluable member of the Gensler team.
