内蒙古文冠庄园展示中心

基地概况 Overview of location

文冠庄园展示中心项目位于内蒙古赤峰市敖汉旗黄羊洼村,敖汉旗位于赤峰东南部,总人口 60 万,以汉族和蒙族为主。建筑的选址在村口,原黄羊洼大队支部旧址,东侧便是黄羊洼村落。村落周围是旷野、草坡和巨大的发电风车,这里每个角落都是故事,都是历史。

Wenguan Château Exhibition Center is located at Huangyangwa Village, Aohan Banner, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. Situated in southeast Chifeng, Aohan Banner has a population of 0.6 million, the majority of which are Han and Mongol. The site is at the entrance of the village, where used to be the branch of Huangyangwa Group. Huangyangwa Village is in the east.Around the village are wildness, grassy hills and huge windmills. Stories are everywhere, as well as histories.

中庭 Courtyard

建筑外部简洁粗犷,与周边天然辽阔的地理环境相呼应。建筑融于自然,室内也要融于建筑,室内的设计语言沿袭室外的语言特征,不仅在设计语汇上,更体现在建筑的空间布局上。建筑整体采用对称的轴线式布局,中庭空间是轴线的核心空间,同时也是室内设计的核心空间。空间的轴线,使得中庭作为一个重要的空间角色出现在整座建筑空间序列当中。其作为展览、会议、观演等多种室内活动的交汇点,不仅仅将建筑统一起来,同时也作为建筑轴线序列的空间高潮出现。

设计中庭的目的就是将历史和情怀、功能进行梳理和融合。

The simple exterior of the building responds to its vast natural surroundings. The building blends into nature, while its interior blends into the building itself. The elements of interior design, especially the space layout follow what of the exterior.The building is of a symmetrical pattern along the axis, with its courtyard the core space of both the axis and interior design. The axis endows the courtyard an important role in the space series of the whole building. As the intersection of various indoor activities such as exhibitions, conferences and performances, not only does the courtyard integrate the whole building, but also serves as the climax in the axis series of the building.

The design of the courtyard aims to integrate history, feeling and function.

之前建筑基地是黄羊洼大队部的原址,现存的几栋大队部的房子在建筑的东侧,没有拆除,我们可以想象之前村子里人丁兴旺的时候,人们聚集在大队部的门口,你一言我一语地开始聊天。

中庭就在原来院子的基础上设计出来。所以中庭空间是开敞的,可聚集上百人,建筑是上下两层空间,人们在任何一个建筑空间都能迅速到达中庭,它不仅是历史的再现,兼具集会、疏散、展示的功能。

中庭必须和天空有所交流,尤其是雾霾肆虐的今天,蓝天就显得特别稀有。敖汉,气温日差较大,冬季漫长而寒冷,春季回暖快,夏季短而酷热。面对这样的气候,在中庭上方加盖玻璃幕墙是上策。

The site used to be the branch of Huangyangwa Group. Some houses located in the east have been kept. It is imaginable that people gathered in front of the branch and chatted when the village was prosperous.

The courtyard is designed based on the original yard so that the space is open enough to hold hundreds of people. The building consists of two stories. People can quickly get to the courtyard from any space in the building. The courtyard is more than the representation of history. It also serves for gathering, evacuation and exhibition.

The courtyard has to be connected to the sky, especially in these days when the smog is raging while blue sky is rare. Aohan is a place where temperature varies widely from day to night. Spring gets warm rapidly and summer is short but scorching. In this case, it is a wise way to cover the courtyard with glass.

除了以上功能,在中庭的东侧设计了一处戏台,更准确的说是一座现代戏台,灵感来源于业主的家乡——山西。戏台可用来表演、展示、集会演讲等等,因为它的正负标高高于中庭地面高度,地势上自然而然成为了中庭的焦点中心。

戏台下方悬空,设计了镜面水池,再坚固的房子也需要柔情的物质来软化,水便成为中庭的重要元素。东西两侧的镜面水池可常年有水,因为20公分深度的浅水可以循环使用。

Besides, a stage, in particular, a modern stage is designed in the east of the courtyard. The design inspiration comes from Shanxi, the hometown of the château owner. The stage can be used for performance, exhibition, gathering and speech. It becomes the focus of the courtyard with its higher level.

Below the suspended stage is a mirrored-surface pool, whose tenderness softens the solid building. Thus, water becomes essential in the courtyard. There can be water all year round in the pools of both east and west side, as the shallow water of 20cm can be recycled.

材料 Materials

我们尝试用现代的设计语言来阐述设计本身,材料来自于敖汉当地。整座建筑使用了具有鲜明特征的当地石材和耐候钢板,以石筑墙,是向敖汉上古先民致敬;以钢为材,是向镔铁的契丹致意。

We tried applying modern design language. The materials are local in Aohan. The building consists of local stones and weathering steel plates. The stone is a tribute to the ancestors in Aohan, while the steel is a homage to the tenacious Qidan.

 

当地石材 Local stones

山劈石呈赭石色,有黄色和灰色的花纹,石头表面肌理丰富,凹凸明显,表情粗犷,充分模拟了自然,赋予建筑粗犷的美。

The mountain-splitting stones are ocher, with stripes in yellow and gray. With rich textures, the surface of the stones is rough and concave-convex, which simulates the natural world and endows the building an unbridled beauty.

耐候钢板 Weathering steel plates

立面的窗口饰面使用了耐候钢板,随着时间的推移,耐候钢板体现了时间与历史感,同时让整个立面随时间变化,像是一个随时间不断生长的有机体。

Weathering steel plates are utilized in the window veneer of the elevation. They present a sense of time and history, making the whole elevation change over time, like an organism growing with time.

柳条编 Wickerwork

在室内的部分屋顶及屏风设计中,还巧妙运用了蒙族特有的“柳条编”技术,这是一种蒙族工匠独特的匠作之法,施工队与当地工匠反复进行实验,先泡药水防腐,再刷清漆防蛀,巧妙地解决了柳条作为建筑材料的几个缺陷。

Tactfully used in some interior ceilings and screens, the wickerwork is a unique artistry of Mongol craftsmen. The construction teams and local craftsmen have taken repeated experiments. They soak the wickerwork in antiseptic liquid and then varnish it for mothproof. Thus, the defects when wicker is used as building material are cleverly resolved.

夯土效果的装饰涂料 Rammed-earth decorative coating

夯土涂料的原料就来自于当地的黄土,可就地取材,十分环保。同时具有良好的保温隔热效果,节能、透气性能强。我们将涂料选定为赭黄色,以形成自然质感的内墙表皮形式,与内蒙的大地相适应。

这是一个有着残落之美的村子,村里的建筑全部采用古法建造。我们采用夯土效果的装饰涂料,也是对残留的村庄夯土墙的一种追忆——从传统造房技艺中汲取精华,让建筑在某些特定的环节出现古法记忆。

The raw material is the local loess, which is environmentally friendly. It has excellent thermal insulation properties, efficient and breathable. We decide the coating to be ocher yellow in order to construct a natural texture for the interior wall, echoing the earth of Inner Mongolia.

It is a village with the beauty of decay, as all the buildings are constructed in ancient methods. The rammed-earth decorative coating is also a memory of the residual rammed-earth walls by taking the essence from traditional building skills and presenting ancient methods in particular parts.

造园 Landscape

秉承“简单造园”的宗旨,做一个低造价的地域景观,并且希望景观和建筑、地域自然融合,形成大规划中的高潮之处。情景路径:扬——抑——扬——抑的空间布局,对应的区域分别是:南广场——建筑——北园——侧园。

Adhering to the principle of simplicity, we build a landscape at a low price. We hope it would integrate with the building and nature, to form a climax in the entire planning.The scene route: a space layout of up—down—up—down, which respectively correspond the south square, the building, the north garden and the side garden.

 

南园 The south garden

从敖包山公园下山所经的建筑西侧200多米的杨树道路,维持现状。于道路尽端时,映入眼帘的是一幅画卷,夕阳西下,一棵古柳静伫阳光下,几片毛石矮墙依偎着它,地面上的小石子发出赭石般的光芒,衬托得建筑无比高大,浑厚。

Going downhill from Aobaoshan Park, it is a 200-meter path with aspens along its side, which we keep as it is. A painting is in the end of the path: under the sunset stands an old willow, next to some pieces of rubble parapets. Pebbles on the ground shines like ocher, setting off the tremendous building.

北园 The north garden

从建筑北入口进入北园,首先看到的是位于中心的篝火场地,两侧用耐候钢板围合。需要走下几步台阶,穿过用石墙围合的小路,才能到达篝火场地的边缘,使得游走路径更加有趣,有效遮掩“通透”视线。

北侧是室外淋浴区,西侧为露营区及儿童活动区,东侧为小型篝火场地。为了让各个转折点产生有趣的空间效果,我们尝试运用各种墙体作为空间的转换,中心篝火区两侧是高度2米的耐候钢板,地面用防腐木围合出边界,其他用石子铺满,保证了雨季雨水的最快下沉。室外淋浴区选用的是当地特有白色玉石,砌筑了两个围合的圆形空间。

西侧的露营区尝试运用了一个连续性的石墙作为界面,连接了3个大小不同的圆形地面,连续性的矮墙增加了空间的表现性。北侧的儿童活动场地栽种了一棵歪脖子古柳,下面是圆形的沙坑,在柳树上绑上工匠亲手打造的秋千,整个北园也活泼起来。

The north entrance of the building leads to the north garden. The bonfire site is located in the middle, enclosed by weathering steel plates. To reach the edge of the bonfire site, people have to walk down the steps and go through the path with stone walls. This makes the walking route interesting and also effectively covers the line of sight.

The outdoor shower area is in the north, the small bonfire site in the east; in the west are the areas for camping and kids. We tried to use various walls as the transition in space, in order to create an interesting space effect at each turning point. On two sides of the bonfire area are 2-meter-high weathering steel plates, antiseptic wood defines the boundary on the ground. Peddles covering the rest of the earth makes sure the rainwater infiltrates fast during rain seasons.

A continuous stone wall is used in the camping area in the west, connecting three round regions in different sizes. The space is emphasized by the continuity of the low wall. A twisted old willow is planted in the kids area in the north, under the tree is a round sand pit. A handmade swing by the craftsmen is attached to the tree, activating the entire north garden.

侧园 The side garden

侧园面积较小,是围墙及建筑外立面所围合的空间,与南北园形成了截然不同的氛围,它更像一个封闭的后花园,它所承担的职能就是解决高差、与建筑的对景。

The small side garden is a space surrounded by walls and the external walls of the building, creating a totally different scene with both the north and the south garden. It is more like an enclosed back garden, whose functions are to reconcile the height difference and to echo the view of the building.
