O 高级项目建筑师 Senior Project Architect

应聘者需有至少8年以上建筑工程项目设计经验，熟悉项目全过程并极为熟悉初步设计与施工图设计阶段，具独立主持及带领团队完成高质量项目能力。

要求：
1. 具认证建筑专业学位；
2. 至少8年以上工作经验（从设计至施工），具有医疗项目实践经验为佳；
3. 在专业技术图纸和技术信息上具备丰富经验，在扩初及施工图阶段以及各个细节部分的设计阶段有非常强的沟通、指导能力；
4. 具备全面与甲方、合作伙伴的协调能力以及迅速反应问题和制定解决方案能力；
5. 精通运用软件；
6. 流利英文或德文。

This Senior Project Architect shall have at least 8 years working experiences, familiar with the whole design process especially the content and regulation requirements on the PD and CD of architectural project.

This ideal candidate shall:
1. Architecture accredited degree;
2. Minimum 8 years working experiences, with large-scale healthcare project experience (from design to construction) will be preferred;
3. Excellent overall skills on the professional technical drawings, as well as strong communication and guide capability on every stage especially on PD and CD;
4. Overall coordination and communication skill with client and partner;
5. Highly proficient with software;
6. Proficient in English or German.

O 项目建筑师 Project Architect

应聘者需有3年以上工作经验，具备专业设计能力及软件操作能力，具备医疗建筑设计经验为佳。

要求：
1. 具有认证建筑学学士以上学位；
2. 三年以上工作经验，具有医疗建筑设计经验为佳；
3. 对医疗建筑设计充满热情，良好团队协作能力以及对外沟通能力；
4. 熟悉并掌握国内建筑法规知识；
5. 熟练运用软件；
6. 具备良好英文或德文。

This Project architect shall have minimum 3 years working experiences, with professional design capability and software operation skill, shall have healthcare architectural design experiences will be preferred.

This ideal candidate shall:
1. Architectural bachelor or above;
2. Minimum three years working experiences, with healthcare architectural design experiences will be preferred.
3. Full passion on healthcare architectural design, with good team work capability and communication capability;
4. Familiar with Chinese domestic architectural regulation and requirement.
5. Familiar use of software.
6. Good in English or German.

O 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect

要求：
1. 具有认证建筑学学士以上学位；
2. 对医疗建筑设计充满热情，拥有谦逊态度及认真工作的良好素质；
3. 熟练运用设计软件；
4. 具备良好英文或德文。

This ideal candidate shall:
1. Architectural bachelor or above;
2. Passion with healthcare design project;
3. Familiar with all design software;
4. Good English or German.
