We would like to present you our last very successful international idea architecture competition work (May 2012). We could win the competition in Natz-Schabs north

Italy. The project show of a 11ha large plot and the topic was to give the whole area

and region a strong input to their tourism industry and economic. We reacted with a

light house, hotel tower in the middle of the nice landscape with many apple trees.

The village is famous for their history and life quality. The plot is surrounded with 5

small villages and the idea of the tower connect all together. It is not only a building,

it is a guideline to the next generation with a clever and active landscape zone. The

six edges building shape has also a sustainable, functional and economic fl oor plan

design and should have also the highest standards of save energy and green building.
