　　今年的项目无论在数量上还是在规模上都上了一个新的台阶。不必说质量是我们所关注的问题。成长的烦脑从来都是跟着的。上半年项目号已经排到06030，而以往的项目2/3都是下半年出来的。形势大好，任务艰巨。项目多有意思，也好玩，到底能玩出什么东西来看我们的造化了。下面列出部分正在进行的项目清单：
Urbanus 深圳
1. 万科体验中心 -- 这是为万科总部研发中心的体验中心做的室内设计，2000平米，已经开始施工。
2. 万科土楼计划 -- 用客家土楼的原型做一个低收入住宅。万科＋都市实践的新尝试。3万平米，深化设计中。准备进入施工图阶段。
3. 招商半山公寓 -- 历时一年全力打造的住宅精品。3万平米。刚进入施工图阶段。
4. 深圳湾大酒店美术馆 -- 一个旧厂房改造项目。3000平米。概念设计阶段。
5. 大中华香港花园 -- 大型综合开发项目，包括酒店、商业、写字楼、公寓。15万平米，方案深化设计中。
6. 无锡新世界纺织商业城中心区 -- 超大型公建综合建筑群。36万平米，中标方案，规划与建筑方案调整中。
7. 深圳中心区卓越时代广场二期 -- 大型综合开发项目。10万平米，方案调整过程中。
8. 杭州地区某文化村 -- 大型文化休闲区。规划过程中。

The year of 2006 is a big year for Urbanus. The firm's projects have grown to a new level in terms of both number and size. Needless to say the quality is the focus point of the firm. The project list has reached 30 in the first half of the year. We have a good standing, however, the challenges we face are really tough. So many interesting projects and they are going to be fun. How they turned out will totally depend on us. Here is a list of someon going projects:

Urbanus Shenzhen
1. Vanke Experience Center --- An interior design for Vanke Research and Development Center, 2000 sqm., under construction.
2. Vanke Clay House Project --- A low income housing design using a prototype of the vernacular Chinese housing in Fujian Province, 30000 sqm, in DD phase.
3. CMC Hillside Apartment --- An upscale apartment and a boutique hotel, 20000 sqm., inDD phase
4. Shenzhen Bay Hotel Art Gallery --- A renovation of an old factory building, 2000 sqm., SD phase
5. HK Garden Complex --- A large mix of hotel, office, shopping and housing in Shenzhen. 120000 sqm., SD phase
6. Wuxi New World Intel’ Textile City, Central District --- A supper large building complex, 362,000 sqm., planning and SD phase.
7. Shenzhen Times Square, second phase --- A large mix of hotel, office and shopping, 100,000 sqm., SD phase
8. A large culture resort outside Hangzhou --- in planning and programming phase
