Outofstock最近刚刚完成了一个在新加坡的室内设计作品——Hatched休闲餐厅。Hatched餐厅从字面意思上来说，就是被孵化的餐厅，或者是破壳而出的餐厅，当然，这是一个全天提供早餐的休闲餐厅。 餐厅位于与新加坡国立大学校园比邻的一座有着50年历史的学生宿舍楼内，提供一系列由鸡蛋衍生出来的奇妙菜肴和甜品来满足年轻的客户群体。 设计目的是制造一个能够很好的体现出餐厅早餐和鸡蛋主题的空间，我们认为惬意的有趣的餐饮氛围是这个主题的最佳诠释。另外，就是要在只有58平方米的空间内容下38位用餐者和一个厨房，毫无疑问这是个有意思的挑战。 原文： Outofstock recently completed the interior of Hatched, a casual restaurant in Singapore that serves breakfast all-day. The restaurant is located in a fifty-year old student dormitory building next to the National University of Singapore’s Law Campus, serves up a curious array of egg-inspired dishes and desserts catering to a youthful target audience. The intent behind the design was to create a cozy and fun dining atmosphere which identifies with the restaurant’s theme of breakfast and eggs.
