The design of the reception hall, public space, meeting room and open office area pursues simplicity and lightness, which is suitable for the characteristics of the firm's stable and trustworthy style.

周文君带领设计团队，将董事长办公室定制设计，呼应女性领导人的特质。以淡玫瑰香槟色作为主色调，运用蒙德里安抽象作品艺术逻辑，来总体设计。巧妙的运用设计手法，将抽象的艺术与具象的空间里的天花、立面墙面、隐藏式壁柜等等，创造性的融合设计在一起，形成空间连贯且整体的效果；灵活分布的铜饰面，丰富视觉感受，并强化吊顶造型的艺术性；独特定制设计的隐形壁柜，将饮水机、电源、书柜、储物柜等多个功能集于一体，不同尺度的软膜天花错落分布，被设计在重点区域来强化照明需求，照明系统，分三种照明模式，可以满足不同氛围、不同效果的需求。

礼宾区由雅士白大理石、鱼肚白大理石的白色墙面及纯白色石材地面组成简洁优雅的空间；前台由黄金分割比例塑造出的大理石和黄铜体块错落有致共同组成；公共展示区则选用了淡雅的木纹饰面金属板作为展廊墙面，设计中增加了墙面的磁性吸附，展示中新融创资本的投资版图，所投资的各个领域、各个企业的品牌形象，可以完整集中的展示；会议室内定制设计柜体，奖杯奖状展示柜隐藏于六块通高等宽的玻璃白板所构成的滑动柜门内，可变柜体也是可擦写图板墙，增加实用性的同时保证了简洁大气的整体效果；男性总裁的办公室，色调整体沉稳大气；办公空间各区域均由黄铜和香槟金色的等宽金属线条贯穿其中。
