打造一个漂亮的空间其实对于设计师来说是一件开心的事情,但对于我们这个项目的主案设计师来说,他并不完全认同。因为他倡导的设计是用设计创作价值。这个价值除了美的价值外,更大的价值在于帮助项目方在文化价值及品牌价值运营价值上获得最大利益。

Creating a beautiful space is actually a happy thing for the designer, but for the main project designer of our project, he does not fully agree. Because the design he advocates is to create value with design. In addition to the value of beauty, this value is to help the project party to maximize the benefits of cultural value and brand value operational value.

 


   如何在日常中创造不一样?如何打破常规的方式来创造未来?如何用设计和创新点燃人们心中的火花?这是我们作为设计师的共同认知与追求。

How to create different things in daily life? How to break the conventional way to create the future? How to use the design and innovation to ignite the sparks in people's hearts? This is our common understanding and pursuit as a designer.

    本案位于昆明市小板桥,总面积1860平米,上下两层。业主为昆明老字号----学成饭店,一家传承百年且拥有“云南非物质文化遗产”称号的大型餐饮公司。应品牌升华后的需求,设计师与业主之间出现两种不同的观点:一方面禁锢于“北有全聚德,南有兰老鸭”的思想,一方面要创新。主案设计师胡彦云先生试图借这个有限的空间,埋藏无尽的艺术想象,引领年轻时髦人士加入这场具有艺术感染力的新式餐饮体验中。信息化爆炸的今天,人们容易迷失在各种各样的幻觉当中,通过吸引眼球的设计,鼓励来客在这个空间中通过观察、触摸、感受、体会不一样的感觉。

The case is located in Xiao ban qiao, Kunming, with a total area of 1,860 square meters and two floors. The owner is Kunming's old name---- Xue cheng Restaurant, a large-scale catering company that has been inherited for centuries and has the title of “Yunnan Material Cultural Heritage”. After the brand's sublimation needs, there are two different views between the designer and the owner: on the one hand, the idea of “having Quanjude in the north and the old duck in the south” is to be innovated. The main designer, Mr. Hu Yanyun, tried to use this limited space to bury endless artistic imagination and lead young and fashionable people to join this artistically appealing new dining experience. Today, with informational explosions, people are easily lost in a variety of illusions. By attracting eye-catching designs, visitors are encouraged to observe, touch, feel, and experience different feelings in this space.

    设计师将抽象的艺术表达,大量使用土豪金的钢架构造一个多维立体的门头,把整个门头转换为可感知的空间语言,错落有致的钢,从建筑角度上说,将一个物体“空放”来增强视觉冲击力。灯光斜打拉开建筑中窗与窗的之间的距离,形成第三视觉。

 


The designer expresses the abstract art and uses a large number of local gold steel frames to construct a multi-dimensional door, transforming the entire door into a perceptible spatial language, a patchwork of steel, from an architectural point of view, an object. Empty to enhance visual impact. The light is diagonally pulled to open the distance between the window and the window in the building to form a third vision.

      设计师是本土的南方人,业主也是。所以大胆运稻谷来主导整个空间的设计,“稻生一、一生二、三生万物”。把生活中息息相关的东西,用艺术表达的角度巧妙的放置在了整个空间。稻田摆动的频率也直接将人与自然拉近了距离,置身室内,来一场美食与自然的邂逅。

The designer is a native southerner and the owner is also. Therefore, boldly transporting rice to dominate the design of the entire space, "rice one, one life, two, three things." Put the things that are closely related to life in the whole space with the angle of artistic expression. The frequency of rice field swings also directly draws people and nature closer to each other, and is surrounded by food and nature.

    项目中大量的使用不锈钢与金属,现代感得到了延伸,让传统的烧鸭与现代现代的时尚巧妙的结合,不仅是为了体验,也是一种文化上的传承与创新,设计师把看到的东西、听见的虫鸣鸟叫、感受到的各种人文都淋漓尽致的体现在了整个空间里。餐厅上空有一个大型的装置艺术,把水波粼粼的感觉融入在了餐厅顶面设计,追求一种与大自然很亲近的感觉。设计师胡彦云先生一直倡导设计的本质是创造价值,也一直致力于研究特色餐饮文化,形成了自己独特的思路,在大量的设计案例中得以体现。成为人们心中对新文化体验的选择。

Designer Hu Yanyun has always advocated that the essence of design is to create value, and has always been committed to researching the characteristic food culture, forming his own unique ideas, which are reflected in a large number of design cases. Become the choice of people's experience of new culture.
