办公空间布局采用江南私家园林欲扬先抑的空间对比、引导与 暗示、虚与实等手法，以求得小中见大。首先入口布置一个相对封闭、压抑的接待小空间，然后通过一条狭长、半封闭的过道作为引导，通向宽敞的公共办公空间，给人豁然开朗的感觉，使之与入口构成强烈对比，从而有效突出办公的主要空间。狭长的过道两边，以直纹玻璃作为半通透隔断和实墙面作虚实的对比，同时保持会议空间和接待空间的私密性，也破除了过道的单调和沉闷。

    在休闲空间引入绿色的植物生态环境，增加工作空气中的负离子之余也给予了职员们轻松和更大程度的休息，使办公空间更加人性化、更加接近自然。

    整个办公空间在材料上尽量简约、环保，不用木、不用含苯材料，以求一个简洁、明快、健康的工作环境。公共办公区域由于放置大量的电脑，因此地面材料采用防静电复合胶板以减少整个空间的静电，给予工作人员更舒适的工作环境。

    The layout of the office features the typical styles of the private garden on the Yangtze Delta. It presents this “seemingly constrained but actually free” style  by the contrast, indication and implication, void and fill of the space to create “big” atmosphere in a small space. A narrow, long and half-closed aisle leads to a capacious public work area bringing out a feeling of suddenly enlightened with a strong contract with the entrance and distinctly demonstrate the main working space. The both sides of the aisle is vertical grain glass, as the separation of half-transparence, balancing the emptiness and the fullness with the solid metope, maintaining the privacy of the conference room and the reception room and avoiding blankness and tedium at the same time.   

    The herbs in retiring room form a living environment not only adding anions in the air but also for the staff to relax and rest. It makes the office more harmonious and closer to the nature.   

    The decoration materials used in the office which is to the greatest extent of simplicity and Environmental Protection, with no wood and benzene-free, create a tidy, breezy and healthy working space. Due to plenty of PCs in the public working area, the flooring which is a kind of static-free compound plastic board, reduces static and provides a comfortable working space to the staff.
