JD-L系列管接头在管道连接处提供防泄漏。无扭矩密封，从而杜绝了仪表系统和工程管道系统中严重的泄漏危害。

JD-L系列管接头安装的所有动作都是沿管道轴向移动，而非旋转式动作。因此安装中没有传递任何扭矩到管道系统，故也消除了削弱管道系统的初始张力。JD-L系列管接头有五个精密部分所组成：螺母、后卡套、前卡套、本体及管子。材料有：黄铜（B）、不锈钢(SS)、碳钢(CB)。且在严格的品质管制下，品质良好，尺寸偏差极小。JD-L系列管接头安装容易，不需要使用特别的工具。

   JD-L series products - all installation movements of pipe joints are taking along longitudinal direction, rather than rotary movements. Therefore no torque transmitted to pipeline systems of installing process, also cleared up initial tension of the pipeline system.

 双卡套管接头的常规安装步骤：

第一步：将管子插入接头，确保管子端部达到接头底部，并用手指拧紧卡套螺母。

第二步：在卡套螺母的6点位置做一标记。

第三步：用扳手固定接头本体，旋转卡套螺母一又四分之一转，这时所做标记旋转540度，至9点钟位置。

Installing steps of double ferrule pipe joints

Step 1: inserted tube into the end of, and to the direction of connector's bottom, tighten nut with your fingers.

Step 2: do a mark in half of the ferruled nut.

Step 3: fixed joint ontology with a spanner, rotating the nut Four-fifths round, then did spin 540 degree with the marked position, reached the 3/4 direction

JD-L系列管接头工作原理

在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转的过程中，接头内部依次完成下面设计好的动作。

1．             通过螺纹机械式推进，卡套螺母向前运动推动后卡套向前，同时后卡套推动前卡套向前运动。

2．             接头本体的尖端向内挤压前卡套。

3．             前卡套消除它的内径与管子外径间的公差。

4．             随着后卡套的推进，前卡套向前向内动作，后端抬起，与接头本体斜面形成密封。

5．             随着管子更大的变形和本体斜面与前卡套接触面的增大，更大的阻力迫使后卡套向内动作，从而在管子上形成第二道牢固的支撑。

6．             在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转，它前进了1/16inch（1.52mm），接头完成了密封，抱紧管子的作用。

 JD-L series of pipe fittings working principle:

In the process of rotating the nut Four-fifths round, joint completed the following designed action one by one;

1 through screw nuts, mechanical pushes forward movement after pushing forward, at the same time card of card before pushing forward movement;

2 the tip inside body joints of extrusion before;

3 front ferrule cleared up the tolerance between the inner itself and outer tube;

4. With aheading of back ferrule, front ferrule acted inside, uplifted, sealed with the help of the ontology;

5 larger obstruction forced front ferrule acted inside, following with larger pipe's deformation , ontology's slope and front ferrule mating face increased, larger obstruction, thus second firm support formed on the pipeline;

6 when ferruled nut rotated four-fifths round which it means forged ahead 1/16inch (1.52 mm), pipe joint sealing completed, holding function of pipe enforced.

JDL系列管接头采用国际主流双卡套密封技术，建议您按照以下步骤进行安装：

1. 将前卡套、后卡套、螺帽依次安装到接头体上并用手预紧螺帽。

2. 插入Tube管，直至接头体内定位处。

3. 夹紧接头体，用扳手预紧螺帽，Tube管不能自由移动或旋转即可。

4. 标记该位置，以此为参照继续旋进1′1/4 圈（对于6毫米以下的Tube管旋进1′1/4 圈即可）。这样的安装顺序可确保即使Tube外径尺寸位于其公差的底线，卡套和Tube管也能在预紧的条件下旋进1′1/4 圈。

注意：

1. 上述操作过程是首次安装yw-lok系列双卡套接头时标准规程，如果拆下螺帽再重新装配时，不推荐上述操作。建议根据经验旋转到密封为止。如装配后不能密封，请检查外圆是否有划痕、异物。建议您使用精密冷拔无缝不锈钢管。

2. 在靠近Tube管弯曲处安装接头时，必须保证有足够的直管长度以使Tube管能接触到熊川管接头的定位台阶。
