一、设计遵从自然，特别是高原的气候条件和山地的地形特征。
二、设计尊重人，首先尊重当地使用者的需要，其次考虑了旅游者。
三、设计充分理解和尊重地方精神和民族信仰，对当地石头文化、水文化、民居文化、宗教文化和农业文化进行了深层次探索和表现。
